Corbett's Burgers & Soda Bar franchising Carolinas

After honing operations at its five locations in North Carolina, Corbett's Burgers & Soda Bar is expanding its footprint across North and South Carolina through franchising.

"There's something timeless about a great burger and a cold soda in a glass bottle," founder Corbett Shope said in a company press release. "It's more than a meal — it's a memory. We created Corbett's to deliver those simple joys, and it's incredible to see how deeply it resonates with people of all ages."

Corbett's is focused on opening in Fayetteville, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Southern Pines, Wilmington, the Charlotte Metro Area, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina and Myrtle Beach.

The expansion aligns with a 2024 Technomic report forecasting the fast casual restaurant segment to grow 7% annually through 2027.

The menu features Angus beef burgers, hot dogs, homemade sauces, hand-spun milkshakes and over 250 bottled sodas from across the U.S. Restaurants also feature vintage soda memorabilia and coolers stocked with rare sodas.

The company is seeking franchise partners to help expand its presence.
