Dallas-based Consolidated Restaurant Operations, which owns 63 restaurants in the United States and United Arab Emirates, has opened three virtual kitchens inside their Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants. Focusing on wings, burgers and healthy bowls, respectively, they are called Hashtag Wings, Craftsman Burgers and Craftsman Bowls. All are now open for business in North Texas, according to a company press release.

Hashtag Wings offers four chicken wing flavors: Buffalo, Garlic Herb Parmesan, Sweet Thai Chili and Chipotle Barbecue. Wings come in batches of five for $8 and 12 for $18. Blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces are available for an additional 60 cents. The sole side dish is hash browns, which cost $3.

Craftsman Burgers uses certified Angus Beef brand meat in its handcrafted, quarter-pound burgers. Offerings include The Craftsman ($12), which comes with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced red onions and pickles; the Smoked Gouda Bacon Melt ($12); the Truffled Mushroom Burger ($13), which comes with fried onion strings on top; and the Veggie Burger ($10), with house-made lentil cakes.

Craftsman Bowls serves chef-crafted bowls with seasonal farm-to-table ingredients. Offerings include the Steakhouse Bowl ($14), with tenderloin, fingerling potato, asparagus, tomato, bacon, green onion, almond, white balsamic vinegar and Creole mustard dressing; and the Vegetarian Poke Bowl ($9) with sweet potato, beets, wild rice, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño, cilantro, sesame seed and ponzu sauce. Other protein choices include chicken, chicken salad and salmon.

Food is available via the concepts' websites or Grubhub, Door Dash, Favor and Uber Eats.
