Coney Beach set to open first location, launches Web site

TULSA, Okla. — Coney Beach, a fast-casual hamburger and hot dog concept based here, is set to open its first location in April, according to a news release.

The company, Coney Beach Franchise Systems Inc., also has signed agreements for franchise locations in Jackson, Miss., and for more locations in Tulsa.

Coney Beach also has launched its interactive Web site, coneybeachdogs.com, complete with menu previews and company and franchise information.

"We wanted our new Web site to do more than tell our guests and franchisees about our latest restaurant concept. We wanted it to match how we approach this business — with 'blow your socks off' excitement," said David Rutkauskas, Coney Beach and Beautiful Brands founder, president and chief executive. "As a guest, you can look over the mouth-watering menu and get an idea of the savory toppings you'll want on your custom hotdog or burger. As a franchisee, you'll read our story and get a real sense of why we're so dedicated to excellence and providing to the community some of the most delicious food you'll find anywhere."

Rutkauskas and his wife, Camille, also are the founders of Camille's Sidewalk Cafe.
