Collab Hospitality launches TYCA at Hai House concept

Collab Hospitality launched a fast casual concept this week, called TYCA, at Hai House in Palm Beach, Florida.

TYCA is an acronym for Thank You, Come Again'" and is the Asian-fusion experience and fast casual sister experience of the recently opened Hai House, according to a press release.

"I'm excited to bring something fun and unique to the island with TYCA," said Executive Chef James Strine, in the release. "People are always looking for delicious, fast and easy lunch option in Palm Beach, and we're delivering just that with the flexibility of both healthy or hearty options. I really think guests are going to love this."

TYCA's menu features many Chinese-American cuisine options found on Hai House's dinner menu, with expanded Asian flavor profiles presented as bowls or grilled burritos, available for take-out or delivery.
