Cold Stone Creamery names new president

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Cold Stone Creamery has named Dan Beem as president of the premium ice cream chain.

Beem has been with Cold Stone for four years. Prior to joining Cold Stone, Beem worked in both executive and management positions with Planet Hollywood, T.G.I. Fridays, Gordon Biersch Brewing Co. and NASCAR. He also owned and operated his own restaurant for two years.
