Sick of winter? These menu items will warm you up

Two California concepts are bringing two different styles of heat to menus this week.

This week, two fast casual concepts from California are bringing a little heat with new menu additions:

Orange County, California based eatery Elbows Mac n' Cheese is featuring BBQ Pulled Pork Mac on its menu for the month of February. The dish is made with a blend of swiss, sharp cheddar, and parmesan cheese and topped with apple cider glazed BBQ pulled pork and pineapple slaw.

Not to be out done, Aliso Viejo-based Chronic Tacos is adding Chronic Tacos Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce to its menu at its 30 locations nationwide. Chronic Tacos partnered with Dexter Holland, lead singer of Offspring and owner of Gringo Bandito’s Hot Sauce, to develop the sauce.
