Choppaluna opening in Scotland

London-based Choppaluna, owned by Hero Brands Group, is opening a location this year in Glasgow, Scotland's business district.

"We are excited to be launching a new restaurant in Glasgow, bringing our super-delicious, healthy dining experience of guilt-free indulgence to Scotland," co-founder and CEO Nikras Agha said in a company press release.

The brand hopes to show customers that salads don't have to be boring, allowing them to choose from over 60 fresh toppings. It also serves breakfast items, rolls and smoothies as well as locally roasted specialty coffee

Hero Brands group also owns the fast casual concepts, German Doner Kebab and Island Poke.
