Chipotle shares are down 3 percent in premarket trading after executives said that they expected a 14.6-percent decline in same-store sales for Q4, reportedMarektWatch. The company's stock is down 37 percent for the past three months.
And that's not all the bad news. The chain also admitted this week to receiving a federal grand jury subpoena requiring it to produce a range of documents tied to a norovirus incident in Simi Valley, California, in August 2015.
