Chipotle scores partnership wtih soccer star Christian Pulisic

Chipotle has created a digital-only menu item inspired by U.S. men's soccer star Christian Pulisic, who is now the chain's international ambassador.  

Just in time for the home stretch of the international soccer season, the Christian Pulisic Burrito — made with chicken, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac —  is available exclusively on the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com for a limited time.

"I'm really excited to announce my partnership with @chipotle," Pulisic wrote on Instagram. "I've been fueled by Chipotle burritos for years, going back to my days growing up in my hometown of Hershey, PA. After a game or a training session I'm ordering a chicken burrito, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac. What's your go-to order? "Christian is a true fan of the brand (he used to drive an hour or more at time to our Chipotle in Germany when he played there!) and he has been vocal about the integral role our real food plays in his training regime."
