Chipotle is opening its second location in the City of London, marking the brand's seventh London-based restaurant.
The new location, at 70-72 King William St., opened its doors today. Chipotle operates restaurants at locations including Soho, Baker Street, Islington and London Wall, according to a press release.
"We are delighted to open our second restaurant in the city of London, near Monument," said Jacob Sumner, operations director, Chipotle in Europe, in the release. "We already have a huge fan base in the city as a result of opening at 49 London Wall in 2015 and are proud that we can now serve more people living and working in this area, helping change the way people think about and eat fast food."
Chipotle recently launched an online tool, Eat To Your Own Beat, which helps customers find the right combination for their personal dietary needs, focusing on 11 diets, including: gluten-free, high-protein, vegetarian, vegan, paleo and dairy-free.
