Chipotle debuting Adobo Ranch

Chipotle Mexican Grill is adding its first new dip in five years to menu. Adobo Ranch, featuring dobo pepper, sour cream and a blend of herbs and spices, is available June 17 in U.S. and Canadian restaurants. The chain's last dip update was when it added Queso Blanco.

"Ranch has become a cultural phenomenon, especially among Gen Z, who are finding creative ways to enjoy it beyond the traditional salad," Chris Brandt, Chipotle's president and chief brand officer, said in a company press release. "Our new Adobo Ranch taps into this passion, giving fans a craveable way to customize their Chipotle order with a completely new flavor."

Chipotle Rewards members may try Adobo Ranch for free on Tuesday, June 17, with an eligible entree purchase. To qualify, members must enroll in Chipotle Rewards by 11 p.m. local time on Monday, June 16. New rewards members also receive a free guacamole offer upon enrollment.

Ranch dips and dressings surpassed ketchup as America's favorite condiment in 2024, according to The Wall Street Journal.
