Chicken Salad Chick is expanding in Georgia today, opening its first location in Augusta. The restaurant, at 2817 Washington Road, marks the chain's tenth unit in the state, according to a company press release.  

"We're truly excited to bring the Chicken Salad Chick brand to Augusta," said Stacy Brown, Chicken Salad Chick founder. "We know residents of Augusta will love our delicious flavors and variety of chicken salad."
