Chicken Salad Chick set to open two new locations

Chicken Salad Chick announced plans for two additional restaurants to open in the coming weeks.

Chicken Salad Chick will open at 1820 Gunbarrel Road Suite 200 in Chattanooga, Tenn., on July 22 and at the Carmel Commons Shopping Center, 7617-C Pineville-Matthews Road in Charlotte, N.C., on Aug. 5.

The Chattanooga restaurant is owned by Josh Patton, who also owns a recently-opened location on Market Street in Chattanooga.

The Charlotte location is owned by Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of SingBev Hospitality LLC. The pair currently operates three Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in Greenville, Lexington and Columbia, S.C. The Carmel Commons location is the first of 10 locations that SingBev Hospitality LLC plans to open in the Charlotte market.
