Chicken Salad Chick will release a summer menu May 4.

Chicken Salad Chick will release a summer menu May 4, according to a company press release. It will feature a new plate that includes the return of its lettuce-based Summer Salad as well as a key lime pie. The Summer Salad features dried cranberries, Fuji apples, strawberries, feta cheese and crushed pecans on a bed of green leaf lettuce with a homemade poppy seed vinaigrette dressing.

“This fresh and delicious summer plate just might be the perfect meal!” said founder Stacy Brown. “We’re excited that the launch of these items will offer our guests even more healthy menu options.”
