Chicken Salad Chick finds home in Marietta

Chicken Salad Chick has announced the location of its newest Georgia unit; it will open in March in Providence Square at 4101 Roswell Road, Suite 811 in Marietta, according to a company press release.

Franchisees Tom and Cheryl Melton, Don and Carol Schrader and Frank and Kay Lynne Mitchell of The Three Chicks LLC, will operate it, and the women of the group are all related to Founder Stacy Brown. Their names are even featured in three of the 15 flavors of Chicken Salad on the menu, making them famous among the Chicken Salad Chick Community.

"Kevin (Stacy's husband and partner) and I have been overwhelmed with the desire for people to find a home for Chicken Salad Chick in their own communities, and this location is particularly special because of how much these owners mean to us," Brown said. "It is so encouraging that even our family wants to share our concept and passion with those in their area."
