Chicken Salad Chick adds two South Carolina locations

Chicken Salad Chick is scheduled to open its new franchise location in the Columbia, S.C., market on Oct. 22. The new restaurant will be located in the Lexington Pavilion at 5135 Sunset Blvd. Suite A, Lexington, S.C.

Current owners Julie Beville and Michelle Singleton of SingBev Hospitality LLC wanted to bring a restaurant to the Columbia area following their franchise launch in Greenville, S.C. in August.

Chicken Salad Chick has also announced the location of its franchise in Charleston, S.C., at 82 Wentworth St.

"We have been enormously blessed with franchisees who share our passion for the Chicken Salad Chick concept and want to grow it in their communities," said Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. "By year's end, we will have restaurants in numerous cities throughout the Southeast, including Charleston."

The Charleston restaurant, opening in early 2014, is owned by franchisees Grace Foerster of Coastal Bites LLC.
