Chicken Salad Chick adds 3 to corporate team to fuel growth

Chicken Salad Chick has expanded its corporate staff with the addition of Jim Thompson, VP of operations, Jessica Claussen, corporate trainer and Mimi Martin, administrative assistant.

In his role, Thompson will assume responsibility and oversight for all restaurant operations including day-to-day operations, training and support, according to a company press release. He has most recently worked as a regional VP franchising and licensing for Papa Gino's & D 'Angelo's, a sandwich and pizza concept in New England.

"We are excited to have Jim join our team and feel he has the experience and approach necessary to execute at a high level with us," said Chicken Salad Chick President Kevin Brown.

Claussen, who will serve as a corporate trainer, is a 2013 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Psychology and has been a member of the Chicken Salad Chick family for more than two years. Martin will serve as an administrative assistant in the corporate office helping in brand development and sales.
