Meatheads is featuring a new burger for the summer, "The Goulden Burger," in honor of Chicago Bears kicker Robbie Gould and his public charity, The Goulden Touch.
The charity partnered with the restaurant to create a burger with all of Gould's favorites: A one-third pound Meatheads burger topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, ketchapolte, American cheese and spicy Cajun fries.
Starting June 17, the Goulden Burger will be sold for $6.75, and 10 percent of the sales price will go to The Goulden Touch, which supports education, social services, health and wellness, as well as medical research programs in Chicago.
"We are excited to be partnering with Robbie's public charity, The Goulden Touch. Meatheads has always been more than just a place to eat, it's a place for us to join our customers and help give back to the community," said Tom Jednorowicz, founder and CEO of Meatheads. "We are proud to be able to engage our customers in our charitable endeavors, especially this summer with Robbie's charity."
