Chef Michael Symon serving holiday LTOs at Kitchen Works

James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Symon is bringing a taste of gourmet holiday cheer to workplaces nationwide with his limited-edition Festive Dark Chocolate Bark, available exclusively at Kitchen Works by Sodexo locations. Kitchen Works, a dining concept featuring cafes, smart vending machines and food carts, is available at over 160 corporate.workplace sites.

Iinfluenced by Symon's Greek and Sicilian heritage, the LTO features dark chocolate studded with toasted pistachios, dried cherries and salt flakes, said Symon, who serves as Culinary Ambassador for Kitchen Works

"The holidays have always been about bringing people together around the table," he said in a company press release. "My Greek and Sicilian roots meant there was always food... I hope [the bark] brings that same sense of family and community to tables nationwide."

Symon, a nationally acclaimed chef, nine-time cookbook author and television personality, has collaborated with Kitchen Works since 2024 to elevate corporate dining with his signature comfort-meets-creativity style.

"Collaborations like this one with Chef Symon reflect our commitment to transforming everyday moments into meaningful experiences."

The Festive Dark Chocolate Bark is the latest addition to Kitchen Works' lineup of chef-driven, seasonal and signature items focused on convenient, flavor-forward meals designed to keep employees energized.
