Chef elevates Oklahoman cuisine with fast casual concept

The chef of an expanding sandwich shop in Oklahoma is adding creative entrees in hopes of elevating the local food culture, according to the online arm of The Oklahoman. Saturn Grill's chef/owner Joseph Royer has a fine dining background, but feels he can make more impact in the more affordable fast casual sector.
