Cheeseburger Bobby’s brings back Philly Burger

The Philly Burger is available now through Jan. 15.

Cheeseburger Bobby’s has taken the best elements of the Philly cheesesteak, one of America’s favorite sandwiches, and added some of its own to create something special — the Philly Burger, according to a company press release.

It's available for a limited time only until Jan. 15 at all 10 Cheeseburger Bobby's locations.

The Philly Burger features Cheeseburger Bobby's traditional seasoned pure Angus beef burger, topped with sautéed green peppers and onions found on the Philly cheesesteak. Queso cheese also tops the burger between a challah bun.

"Our take on the sandwich is extremely popular with all the flavors coming together for an amazingly delicious experience," said Bobby Stoll, co-founder of Cheeseburger Bobby's. "I've been to Philadelphia many times and enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak sandwich where it originated. It's one of my favorites, but I knew we could build upon it to create a truly unique version with the best ingredients Cheeseburger Bobby's has to offer."
