Cheba Hut reopening in Boulder

After a five-year hiatus, Cheba Hut is returning to Boulder, Colorado, when it opens next week at 1346 Pearl St.

"We are extremely excited to open up a new Cheba Hut in the great city of Boulder after being away for five years," franchisee David Timmons of Elevated Inc., which owns 20 locations in Colorado and Nevada, said in a company press release. "The people of Boulder have been asking for our return, and we are grateful to have the opportunity to do so. The town has been wonderful to work with, and we can't wait to open up — we're back!"

Cheba Hut was founded in 1998.
