The National Council of Chain Restaurants supports court's ruling.

On Thursday the U.S. Supreme Court, for the second time, upheld the federal health care law providing tax subsidies to help lower-income and poor purchase health insurance. The 6-to-3 ruling is stirring renewed debate about the controversial health care initiative.
The National Council of Chain Restaurants today issued the following statement from Executive Director Rob Green following today’s Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act (ACA):
“NCCR opposed the ACA when it was passed by Congress and we still do. The ACA’s employer mandate and unique coverage requirements inflicts negative impacts and unworkable costs on chain restaurants and its thousands of small business franchisees. Reform to our nation’s health care system is desperately needed, and now that the court has ruled we look forward to Congress revisiting the law to bring about greater health benefit affordability for employers and improved access to affordable health insurance coverage for employees. Several common-sense measures are pending that would help bring down the cost of health insurance, and NCCR stands ready to work with lawmakers on bipartisan reforms to achieve that result.”
