Cava has enhanced its loyalty program, Cava Rewards, with "status matching" as well as three status levels — Sea, Sand and Sun.
Designed to reward loyal guests with more perks and opportunities to earn, the updated program allows members to earn points on eligible purchases, which unlocks one of three annual status levels based on points accrued within a calendar year, according to a press release. Once a member qualifies, they maintain that tier for the rest of the year and the following calendar year.
The status matching program kicks off Monday and runs to Nov. 23. Members with status in select loyalty programs (including airlines, hotels, cruises, retail, beauty, and other restaurant brands) can apply to be matched into the Sand or Sun tiers for the rest of 2025.
Members who receive a status match will earn points more quickly, which will count toward their 2026 tier. At the start of 2026, all points earned in 2025, including during the Status Match period, will determine their new rewards level.
To status match, Cava Rewards members may submit proof of their qualifying status via the Status Match Form at Cava.com/status-match. The full list of eligible programs and requirements will be published on the same landing page.

Members can join or sign into the Cava Rewards Program by downloading the Cava App or visiting Cava.com/rewards. All members are automatically placed in an initial tier (Sea, Sand, or Sun) based on their points accrued this calendar year.
