Capriotti's Sandwich Shop has opened the doors to its latest Las Vegas restaurant in north Las Vegas, marking the company's 34th store in the market.

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop has opened the doors to its latest Las Vegas restaurant in north Las Vegas, marking the company's 34th store in the market. With recent openings in new markets, including San Jose, California, and Detroit, Capriotti's is focusing again on developing a broader reach in its hometown of Las Vegas, according to a company press release.

The north Las Vegas restaurant is the eighth corporate-owned store in the city. In addition, this location is also the concept's first free-standing restaurant in the area and features a clean, modernized interior to reflect the company's rapid growth in the fast casual space, said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's, which was established in 1976 and has more than 100 units.

"Capriotti's is proud to call Las Vegas home and thrilled that locals have embraced the brand and our 34 locations throughout the city," he said.
