Capriotti's open in Orange County

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop's Orange County restaurant is open for business, marking the chain's 10th unit. The shop, located in Tustin, will serve Capriotti's favorites such as the signature sub, the Bobbie, Capastrami and the Cheese Steak, which is also available as a meatless option. For added variety, Capriotti's offers an assortment of cold, grilled and vegetarian subs along with freshly prepared salads such as The Black & Bleu, made with chopped greens, homemade roast beef, tomatoes, diced cucumbers, sweet peppers and topped with bleu cheese crumbles.

"With our recent expansion in California well underway, Capriotti's is excited to announce our newest restaurant in Tustin, where we are sure to win over Orange County residents with our delicious handmade subs," said Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's. "We have a number of loyal fans throughout Los Angeles and San Diego, and we hope that this new Orange County restaurant will see the same success."
