Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is opening its first Nebraska location. Corey Tallman, the franchisee, plans to open the location Aug. 3, according to a press announcement, and will give a free sandwich to the first 100 guests. Tallman plans to open two additional locations in Lincoln by 2017, and is excited about expanding the Capriotti brand in Nebraska.

"Not only was I captivated by Capriotti’s unrivaled sandwiches, but I was also drawn to the fact the company remains true to its founding tradition of serving guests only the best," Tallman said in the release. "Capriotti’s is an establishment with integrity and I am happy to play an important role in its expansion across the nation."

"Opening a new restaurant in Nebraska will allow Capriotti’s to expand our fan base and introduce our food to an entirely new community," Cappriotti CEO Ashley Morris said in the report. "With Corey being from the area, we will be able to better cater to Lincoln residents and quickly become their sandwich shop of choice."
