Capriotti’s launching near Seattle

Seattle native Ron Mehiel will open a new location this summer.

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is opening its first unit in Washington, according to a company press release. The franchisee, Ron Mehiel, is a Seattle native and said he’s excited to open the new location.

“When I first stepped foot in Capriotti’s I was blown away by the sandwich shop’s commitment to serving its guests only the best quality products,” Mehiel said. “It was at that moment that I realized I had to open up a location in our area.”

Opening the first location in Washington State marks a huge milestone in our expansion across the United States, Capriotti’s CEO Ashley Morris said.

“Ron’s family has years of experience in the franchise business, so we are confident that with his expertise our greater Seattle location will be a tremendous success.”

The address for the new location is 17308 Southcenter Parkway in Tukwila, Washington, and will open this summer.
