Capriotti's introduces Robert Cole Turkey as its first official mascot

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop has introduced its first mascot, Robert Cole Turkey. He will serve as the growing brand's ambassador at events and openings as well as other branding initiatives.

According to a news release, the brand is aiming for widespread recognition with the help of the new mascot, a turkey dressed in a suit with red sneakers.

"Robert Cole Turkey is a fun new way for us to connect with Capriotti's loyal customers," CEO Ashley Morris said in the release. "The Capriotti's team had a great time with our fans at Robert Cole Turkey's debut. We know guests will be anticipating his next surprise appearance."
