Capriotti's boosts menu with larger portions, value options

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is launching its "Bigger, Better" initiative, featuring larger portions and updated value deals across its menu.Its cheesesteaks will now contain 25% more meat, with increased portions also applied to its signature subs like the Capastrami, French Dip and Italian. The menu will also introduce three $9.99 duos, pairing a mini classic sub with either a salad, soup or chips, a drink and a cookie.

Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's, said the new initiative was a commitment to more flavor, more consistency and more value.

"We're not changing who we are — we're doubling down on what makes us legendary: extraordinary sandwiches that are worth every bite," Morris said in a company press release.

To celebrate the launch, Capriotti's is offering rewards members a free combo with any sub purchase from Tuesday through July 31. Members may also receive a free eight-inch sub with their next purchase after signing up for the rewards program.
