Camille's Sidewalk Café adds antipasti

Camille's adds a healthy take on the traditional Italian dish.

Tulsa, Oklahoma-based Camille's Sidewalk Café announced today the immediate systemwide rollout of its new Antipasto Salad Plate.

"Our café's version includes a flavorful variety of meats including our wonderful tuna salad, roasted red peppers, provolone, artichoke hearts, olives, mozzarella, basil pesto and Italian dressing," Owner Camille Rutkauskas said in a company press release. "This is a nice winter holiday salad that is not only delicious and satisfying, it's healthy too."

Camille's is one of several concepts held privately by Beautiful Brands International. Other brands include Camille's Sidewalk Café, FreshBerry Frozen Yogurt Cafe and Rex's Chicken.
