TULSA, Okla. — Camille's Sidewalk Café, the Tulsa-based franchisor of fast-casual coastal influenced cafés, reported a 9-percent same-store sales increase.
"It's gratifying to see so many of our stores successfully growing same-store sales," said David Rutkauskas, Camille's chief executive officer. "We know that happens because they are taking care of the customer."
According to a news release, more than half of its current stores are experiencing double-digit same-store sales growth. The franchise currently has 86 stores open. Company officials said Midwest same-store sales reached record levels of at least 20-percent growth.
The restaurant has been named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top 500 Franchise list for the past five years. Fast Casual Magazine gave Camille's Sidewalk Café the 13th spot on the "Top 100 Movers and Shakers" list among fast-casual restaurants.
