Calistoga Bakery Cafe to open in Ky.

The (Louisville, Ky.) Courier-Journal: Calistoga Bakery Cafe, owned in part by Papa John's founder John Schnatter, will open several restaurants in Louisville, Ky., near Papa John's corporate headaquarters.
Calistoga president Michael Cortino said he hopes the first location will open by Derby Day 2008. The Kentucky Derby is held the first Saturday in May.
