California Tortilla signs Md. lease agreement

ROCKVILLE, Md. — California Tortilla has announced that it has signed a new franchisee agreement with the Illiano Group to open a location in Mt. Airy, Md., by early 2009.

The Illiano Group purchased the franchise rights for Carroll County, Md., and they also own local locations for The Greene Turtle as an area developer and New York J&P Pizza.

JG Enterprises, a successful Subway franchisee, opened its first California Tortilla in January in Alexandria, Va.
