Cafe Rio opens digital-focused location in Surprise, Arizona

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is opening a digital location this month in Surprise, Arizona. Customers may order via the Cafe Rio App, at the drive-through or at in-store digital kiosks.

"We're thrilled to be opening another store in Arizona, and excited to bring more Digital Café locations to Cafe Rio fans," CEO Steve Vaughan said in a company press release. "The Digital Café format allows our customers to have flexibility in their ordering experience, and the opening in Surprise creates more opportunities for Arizonans to experience our fresh, award-winning, and flavor-packed recipes."

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill was founded in 1997 in St. George, Utah.
