Cafe Rio debuting 52nd Utah location

Cafe Rio Mexican Grill is opening its 52nd Utah location next week at 1710 South Redwood Road in Salt Lake City.

"We're thrilled to be opening another Cafe Rio in our home state of Utah," CEO Steve Vaughan said in a company press release. "We have a very loyal and enthusiastic fanbase here and the opening on Redwood Road creates more opportunities for Utahans to experience our fresh, award-winning, and flavor-packed recipes – both the ones they know and love and some exciting new products we have planned for the coming months."

Serving Sweet Pork Barbacoa since its founding in St. George, Utah in 1997, Cafe Rio has nearly 170 locations.
