C3, a food tech platform, and Reef, a provider of virtual restaurants, are partnering to open 800 virtual restaurants across the U.S.
With over 5,000 hub locations, Reef's platform helps give physical businesses the power to scale like digital ones, according to a company press release. C3 has over 800 digital brand locations across the U.S with an expanding pipeline of over 1,500, according to a company press release. Popular C3 brands include Umani Burger, Krispy Rice, Sam's Crispy Chicken, Kumi, Sa'Moto, EllaMia, Cicci di Carne, Plant Nation and El Pollo Verde.
C3, which has over 40 brands, is growing via an omni-channel approach to cater to Gen-Z and millennials with added focus on virtual restaurant brands partnering with leading gamers, YouTubers and celebrities.
