Buffalo’s Cafe is celebrating spring this year with new seasonal offerings. The limited-time items will be available through June and include five options, according to a company press release. They include:Tortilla Crusted Cheddar Sticks, BLT Flatbread, Asian Chicken Skewers, Blazin’ Jalapeño Wing Sauce and the Donut-Croissant Sundae, which is coated in apple cinnamon-sugar, topped with vanilla ice cream, and drizzled in caramel sauce. Crispy bacon bits are available to sprinkle on top of the dessert for a salty, sweet delight.

“We like to continually surprise our guests with new seasonal offerings that help to give our menu the variety of options that Buffalo’s Cafe is famous for,” said Andy Wiederhorn, CEO of Buffalo’s Café as well as its sister restaurant, Fatburger. “We created these limited-time appetizers, dishes, and desserts to be the ideal complement to the fun and fresh feeling that springtime brings.”
