MICROS Systems Inc., a provider of information technology solutions for the hospitality and retail industries, has announced that 50-unit Buffalo Wings and Rings has selected the MICROS Restaurant Enterprise Solution (RES), MICROS Kitchen Display System (KDS), MICROS Labor Management (LM), and the mymicros.net business intelligence solution.
In addition to the MICROS POS product, Cincinnati-based Buffalo Wings and Rings employs the MICROS Kitchen Display system to provide highly visible, real-time information to manage and control kitchen efficiency. MICROS KDS has proven to save Buffalo Wings and Rings labor cost, improve accuracy, and reduce ticket times, resulting in a superior guest experience. This intuitive, graphical software application displays food orders for preparation and monitors the timing of orders for speed of service as well as provides feedback about the status of each table. MICROS KDS is seamlessly integrated into RES to provide a complete end-to-end communication system.
"We are extremely pleased with our broad partnership with MICROS and the MICROS technology we have chosen," said Philip Schram, EVP of IT and co-founder of Buffalo Wings and Rings. "Buffalo Wings and Rings constantly looks for MICROS's newest innovations to help us continue to expand our operations and better serve our customers."
