Buffalo Wild Wings names former Church’s Chicken exec to SVP of global supply chain

Buffalo Wild Wings has named Barry Barnett as its senior vice president of global supply chain.

Most recently, Barnett served as senior vice president of global supply chain and purchasing at Church's Chicken, according to a company press release. Previously, he was founder and principal of Cooperative Purchasing Services; vice president of global supply chain for Burger King Corporation and vice president of purchasing at Burger King's purchasing cooperative, Restaurant Services Inc.
 
"We are thrilled to welcome Barry to Buffalo Wild Wings and look forward the valuable contributions he will bring to our organization," Alex Ware, chief financial officer, Buffalo Wild Wings, said in the release. "His extensive background within the restaurant industry supply chain makes him a great fit for our brand."
