Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. has announced today's opening of its 700th restaurant in the United States, in Tempe, Ariz., part of the Phoenix metropolitan area. To celebrate the milestone grand opening, the Tempe Buffalo Wild Wings will be executing the company’s signature Free Wings for a Year promotion to the first 100 guests through its doors on opening day. The restaurant also will hold a drawing at 7:00 p.m. for the next seven days to award seven additional guests with a Free Wings for a Year coupon book.
“The opening of our 700th location is a significant accomplishment for Buffalo Wild Wings. We’re incredibly proud to reach this milestone, and I thank the entire team for their dedication and efforts to deliver the unique Buffalo Wild Wings experience every day,” said Sally Smith, president and CEO of Buffalo Wild Wings. “We are excited to continue adding new locations that bring our award-winning wings to the Phoenix and Tempe communities as we move closer to our goal of more than 1,000 locations across the country.”
As part of the Tempe opening celebration, the restaurant will donate a portion of sales from its preseason training nights to the Veteran Ticket Foundation, a local charity that gives free sporting event tickets to Veterans, Active Duty Military and their families. The location also marks the 17th unit in Arizona.
