MINNEAPOLIS — Buffalo Wild Wings, named one of the top-10 fastest-growing restaurant chains in the United States by Technomic, signed seven area development agreements, totaling an additional 34 franchised units in new trade areas.
The areas being developed are Portland, Ore. (10 units), Suffolk County, N.Y. (six units); Charleston and Columbia, S.C. (five units); Reno, Nev. (four units); southern Arizona (four units); Montana (three units) and Murrieta, Calif. (two units).
According to a news release, six of the seven area development agreements were signed with new franchise partners. The agreement for Charleston and Columbia is with an existing franchise partner for development of a new territory.
There are currently 405 locations across 36 states; 273 locations are franchise-owned, 132 are company-owned.
