Bruxie opening 8th California location

California-based Bruxie, which serves hand-crafted waffle sandwiches, chicken tenders and custard shakes, has opened its eighth location in its home state. Located in Santa Barbara's Paseo Nuevo, an outdoor shopping and lifestyle destination, the store was designed for students, locals and tourists looking to enjoy fresh, high-quality food in an upbeat environment, said Bruxie CEO Scott Grinstead

"Santa Barbara is a highly sought-after destination for tourists, thanks to its beautiful beaches, rich culture and diverse cuisine," he said in a company press release. "Bruxie is the perfect restaurant for visitors and locals alike who are searching for a diverse flavor profile to add to their experience. We can't wait to see how Bruxie contributes to the vibrant lifestyle of Santa Barbara."

Continuing its expansion in California and Georgia, Bruxie's next location will take it to Northern California, where it plans to open in Downtown Davis. Its first restaurant in the region will join the Davis Commons, an urban retail center in the heart of the city's trade area and will be followed by Bruxie's second Georgia location, set to debut in the heart of Chamblee in Northeast Atlanta.
