Bruegger's unveils three summer menu addition

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Bruegger's has launched three new summer-inspired menu choices.

The new tossed-for-you Turkey Apple Club Salad is a limited-time-only salad inspired by the popular Turkey Club Sandwich. For the salad, Bruegger's has added orchard apples, spring leaf lettuce, cheddar cheese, turkey, crispy bacon, red onions and balsamic vinaigrette. The salad prices range from $6.49 - $6.89, depending upon the market.

The chain also has introduced the Brrrueggaccino, a new frozen, blended coffee drink, and the Very Veggie and Cheddar Omelet Sandwich.

The sandwich features a medley of tomatoes, onions, red peppers and scallions with cheddar cheese, served on a warm Bruegger's bagel. It can also be topped with bacon, ham or sausage.
