Bruegger's launches summer menu

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Bruegger's May 25 announced the introduction of portable handheld salads.

The fast-casual chain is introducing Tossed-for-You Salad Wraps that offer any of Bruegger's popular salads available inside a wrap for the same price.

Bruegger's current salad lineup includes a Caesar and Chicken Caesar, an Asian-inspired Tossed Sesame Chicken and a Mandarin Medley. Guests also can create their own unique "Build Your Own" Salad Wraps by choosing their favorite toppings, meats, cheeses and vegetables. The Salad Wraps prices range from $4.99 - $6.59

The new Tossed-for-You Salad Wraps offerings include:

Build Your Own Salad
Caesar Salad - Topped with Asiago cheese, crunchy croutons and classic Caesar dressing with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
Chicken Caesar Salad - Topped with Asiago cheese, grilled chicken strips, crunchy croutons served with Caesar dressing.
Sesame Chicken Salad - Topped with grilled chicken strips, sesame seeds, sliced almonds and chow mein noodles served with Asian Sesame Ginger dressing.
Mandarin Medley Salad - Topped with sweet mandarin oranges, dried cranberries and blue cheese crumbles, sliced almonds and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Additionally, Bruegger's is reintroducing its Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese for a limited time this summer.This cream cheese combines cucumber's cool, soothing crunch with the tangy, citrus flavors of dill.
