Bruegger's intros breakfast omelet sandwich

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Bruegger's has introduced its limited-time Spinach and Cheddar Omelet Sandwich, marking the first time the chain has offered an omelet option.

This sandwich is prepared on a choice of Bruegger's signature bagels and combines a spinach-and-cheddar omelet served with an additional slice of cheddar cheese, with or without bacon, ham or sausage.

The Spinach and Cheddar Omelet Sandwich joins a variety of Bruegger's breakfast options, including signature bagel breakfast sandwiches as well as a Classic Wrap and a Southwestern-inspired Rio Grande Wrap.

Bruegger's also has brought back a seasonal favorite coffee, the Golden French Toast Coffee from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. The Fair Trade Certified blend captures the warm buttery flavors of French toast with a touch of cinnamon and sweet maple syrup.
