Bruegger's expands in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, S.C.  Bruegger's Bagels has announced the opening of two South Carolina bakery-cafes.On July 24, Bruegger's opened locations in Columbia and Spartanburg.
 
The Columbia location was opened by the Lowcountry Bagels franchise group, led by principal Daniel B. Krueger A portion of the grand opening proceeds will be donated to the Harvest Hope Food Bank.
 
The Columbia location has seating for 56 guests and employs 15 people.
  
To celebrate the grand opening Bruegger's offered guests an Herby Turkey Softwich, their most popular deli-style sandwich, for $1.04.
 
A portion of the proceeds from the company-owned Spartanburg location will be donated to the Gibbs Cancer Center Fund at the Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Foundation.
 
The Spartanburg bakery has seating for 60 guests and also employs 15 people.
  
To celebrate the grand opening, Bruegger's offered guests the Herby Turkey Softwich for 98 cents.
