Bruegger’s Bagels to open in Dallas Airport’s main terminal

Bruegger’s Bagels announced today a new main terminal development slated to open in November at Dallas Love Field Airport.

Luis Ibarguengoytia, the new Bruegger’s operator, also runs Love Field’s Crú Wine Bar. The Mexico native has been managing restaurants for more than 16 years, the last seven of which have been airport operations, according to a news release.

“We are committed to offering great tasting food and ease of service to patrons who need it most,” CDO Paul Carolan said in the release. “The Dallas Love Field shop is just one more step in our ongoing effort to serve people wherever they are.”

Up to 20 new openings are planned for Bruegger’s Bagels in the next 18 to 24 months.
