Bruegger’s Bagels will offer green bagels to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day from Saturday, March 14, through Tuesday, March 17.

First sold in 1997 at a Pittsburgh Bruegger’s Bagels location, green bagels are made in the same New York style as the bakery’s regular menu bagels - kettle-boiled and baked in small batches.

"Our green bagels are a fun, annual St. Patrick’s tradition that our customers have enjoyed for nearly 20 years," Judy Kadylak, vice president of marketing for Bruegger’s Bagels, said in a statement. "They are a festive touch for any St. Patrick’s Day brunch, party or morning meeting."
