This summer, Bruegger's Bagels will offer guests refreshing new summertime menu options and add to its popular and budget-friendly "4 under $4" breakfast sandwich menu.
Starting July 7, the 297-unit bagel chain will introduce a new line of Lemonade Coolers to add to Bruegger’s growing iced beverage line, which also includes Iced Coffee Coolers and its Brueggaccino. The new Lemonade Coolers are available in two flavors – Classic and Strawberry – and are made with real sugar.
Also new to Bruegger’s menu is a Chipotle Spinach Egg Sandwich, a bagel sandwich made with eggs scrambled with spinach and cheddar cheese, and served with chipotle sauce for an extra kick. The sandwich is available all day on Bruegger's 4 under $4 menu, which includes four breakfast sandwiches.
“We recognize that value is important to our guests, but we know that high quality ingredients and authentic, simple flavors also play a large role. Our summer menu is a great example of bringing these two factors together for our guests,” said Bruegger’s CEO Jim Greco.
An old favorite will also be back on the menu starting in July: Bruegger’s Sundrenched Tomato & Bagel Salad. Made with fresh tomatoes, roasted red peppers, crisp lettuce and Asiago cheese, the salad captures the flavors of an Italian panzanella salad with an added twist - Bruegger’s Rosemary and Olive Oil bagel pieces. The salad is served with a sundried tomato vinaigrette dressing and guests can add grilled chicken.
Finally, Bruegger’s will add a new “Baker’s Choice” pairing to its menu, the third in an ongoing campaign to highlight its authentic bagels. Bruegger’s Chef Philip Smith takes a simple breakfast combination – bagel with cream cheese and coffee – and pairs complementary flavors for a great guest experience. Starting in July, Smith will feature the Blueberry bagel with a limited time only Strawberry Cheesecake Cream Cheese and a Classic French Roast from Green Mountain Coffee.
